    Open Position: Litigation Associate

    Location: Tacoma, WA (Hybrid)
    Compensation: $100,000 annually
    Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, hybrid flexibility

    About the Role

    We’re seeking a Litigation Associate to join our growing firm. You’ll work closely with senior partners and staff to represent clients in personal injury matters from filing through resolution.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and mentor administrative assistants, paralegals, and clerks

    • Oversee billing records, scheduling, and client project completion

    • Counsel clients, develop case strategies, and determine best courses of action

    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence

    • Litigate personal injury cases through trial, arbitration, or settlement

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

    • Active WSBA membership required

    • 2–5 years of experience representing clients in arbitrations or trials preferred

    • 1–2 years of law firm experience minimum

    • Strong decision-making, communication, and public speaking skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

    • Commitment to client advocacy and teamwork
